Workplace Hype | Lockton
When Lockton earned recognition as a Best Place to Work, operational needs delayed the announcement by two weeks. Rather than filling the gap with another corporate update, the campaign was designed to earn attention and build connection through curiosity, motion, and sound — treating employees as an engaged audience instead of passive recipients of information. The result was one of the highest-performing Workplace campaigns and a piece of work the COO continued to reference long after its launch.
