Selected Work

The projects below are organized around the leadership principles that have guided my work throughout my career. Together, they demonstrate how I approach creative leadership across industries, teams, and challenges.

Audience First

Great creative work begins with understanding who you're trying to reach. Before thinking about deliverables or execution, I try to understand what matters to the audience, what they need to hear, and what success looks like from their perspective. That lens shapes every creative decision that follows.

Create Momentum

Organizations don't always have the team, budget, or infrastructure needed to bring an idea to life. Throughout my career, I've stepped in to build the first version, the prototype to prove the concept, and help projects gain enough traction to earn broader investment.

As teams and capabilities grow, my role naturally shifts from doing the work myself to helping build the people and systems that carry it forward.

Lead with Clarity

Creative leadership begins with a vision people can clearly understand and confidently execute. By recognizing team and individual strengths, defining clear roles, and translating ideas into actionable direction, I help create an environment where talented people can grow in confidence, take ownership of their craft, and do exceptional work.

Build for Scale

The decisions we make today shape how easily teams can adapt tomorrow. I design systems that reduce dependency on individuals, create consistency across teams, and make it easier for organizations to evolve without reinventing their processes.
